Gestione ordini
Elabora, traccia ed evade ogni ordine da un unico centro di comando.
Kanban Board
The Kanban board provides a visual overview of your entire order pipeline. Each column represents a stage in your fulfillment workflow, and orders appear as cards that you can drag and drop between columns to advance their status.
Cards display key information at a glance: client name, order total, delivery date, and priority flag. Color-coded labels help you instantly identify urgent orders, orders approaching their delivery window, or orders that require manual review.
Pro tip: Columns are fully customizable. Define your own stages via the StatusFulfillmentScheme configuration — from a simple 3-step flow (New / In Progress / Delivered) to a detailed 8-step pipeline with approval gates and warehouse checkpoints.
List View
The list view is the daily workhorse for sales managers processing high volumes of orders. It presents orders in a dense, sortable table with powerful filtering, grouping, and inline editing capabilities.
List view capabilities
- filter_listFilter by status, client, delivery zone, date range, driver, or priority
- searchFull-text search across order numbers, client names, product names, and notes
- sortSort by any column — date, total, client, status, or delivery window
- checklistBulk-select orders to update status, assign drivers, or export in one action
- view_columnCustomizable column layout — show or hide fields to match your workflow
Order Details
Click any order to open a detailed view where you can review and edit every aspect of the order. The detail panel shows line items with quantities and prices, client information, delivery address, applied discounts, and internal notes.
Operators can modify quantities, add or remove products, apply manual discounts, change the delivery address, or split an order into multiple deliveries. Every change is logged in the order's activity timeline, providing a full audit trail of who changed what and when.
Inline Editing
Modify quantities, prices, and products directly within the order detail view without navigating away.
Order Splitting
Split a single order into multiple deliveries when items ship from different warehouses or on different dates.
Activity Timeline
Every status change, edit, and note is recorded with timestamp and user — a complete audit trail.
Internal Notes
Add private notes visible only to your team. Flag special handling instructions or client preferences.
Status Workflow
BackOffice uses a fully customizable StatusFulfillmentScheme that defines the stages an order passes through from creation to completion. Each supplier can configure their own workflow to match their operational process.
| Stage | Description | Auto-transition |
|---|---|---|
| New | Order received from Supply Now or created manually in BackOffice | Optional |
| Confirmed | Sales manager has reviewed and approved the order | Optional |
| Preparing | Warehouse team is picking and packing the order | No |
| Ready | Order is packed and waiting for driver pickup | No |
| In Transit | Driver has collected the order and is en route | Yes (from Driver Pro) |
| Delivered | Driver confirmed delivery with signature or photo | Yes (from Driver Pro) |
| Cancelled | Order was cancelled by the client or operator | No |
Custom stages: You can add, rename, or remove stages to fit your process. For example, add an "Awaiting Payment" stage for prepaid clients, or a "Quality Check" stage for regulated industries.
Driver Assignment
Assign drivers to orders directly from BackOffice, or let Fleet Planner handle assignment automatically based on zones, schedules, and vehicle capacity. When you assign manually, the system shows available drivers filtered by delivery zone and time window.
Once assigned, the driver receives the order in their Driver Pro app immediately. Any changes to the order — updated quantities, changed delivery address, or added notes — sync to the driver in real time, ensuring they always have the latest information.
Assignment methods
- person_addManual: — Select a driver from the available list, filtered by zone and schedule
- auto_fix_highAutomatic: — Fleet Planner assigns drivers based on route optimization algorithms
- group_addBulk: — Select multiple orders and assign them to a driver in one action
- swap_horizReassignment — transfer an order to a different driver if schedules change
