Order Management
Process, track, and fulfill every order from a single command center. Switch between Kanban and list views, customize status workflows, and assign drivers — all without leaving BackOffice.
Kanban Board
The Kanban board provides a visual overview of your entire order pipeline. Each column represents a stage in your fulfillment workflow, and orders appear as cards you can drag between columns to advance their status.
Cards display key information at a glance: client name, order total, delivery date, and priority flag. Color-coded labels help you instantly identify urgent orders or orders approaching their delivery window.
Columns are fully customizable. Configure your own stages — from a simple 3-step flow to a detailed 8-step pipeline with approval gates.
List View
The list view is the daily workhorse for sales managers processing high volumes of orders. It presents orders in a dense, sortable table with powerful filtering, grouping, and inline editing capabilities.
List view capabilities
- filter_listAdvanced filters — by status, client, delivery zone, date range, driver, or priority
- searchFull-text search — across order numbers, client names, product names, and notes
- sortSort any column — date, total, client, status, or delivery window
- checklistBulk actions — update status, assign drivers, or export multiple orders at once
Order Details
Click any order to open a detail view where you can review and edit every aspect of the order — line items, client information, delivery address, applied discounts, and internal notes.
Operators can modify quantities, add or remove products, apply manual discounts, change the delivery address, or split an order into multiple deliveries. Every change is logged in the activity timeline.
Inline Editing
Modify quantities, prices, and products directly in the order detail view.
Order Splitting
Split a single order into multiple deliveries from different warehouses or dates.
Activity Timeline
Every status change, edit, and note recorded with timestamp and user — full audit trail.
Internal Notes
Private notes visible only to your team. Flag special handling or client preferences.
Status Workflow
BackOffice uses a fully customizable StatusFulfillmentScheme that defines the stages an order passes through. Each supplier configures their own workflow to match their operational process.
- Simple: Ordered → In Fulfillment → Delivered
- With confirmation: Ordered → Review → Client Confirmation → Fulfillment → Delivered
- Enterprise: Ordered → Approval → Review → Fulfillment → Quality Check → Delivered
You can add an "Awaiting Payment" stage for prepaid clients, or a "Quality Check" stage for regulated industries.
Driver Assignment
Assign drivers to orders directly from BackOffice, or let Fleet Planner handle assignment automatically based on zones, schedules, and vehicle capacity. Once assigned, the driver receives the order in Driver Pro immediately.
Assignment methods
- person_addManual — select a driver from the available list, filtered by zone and schedule
- auto_fix_highAutomatic — Fleet Planner assigns drivers based on route optimization
- group_addBulk — select multiple orders and assign them to a driver in one action
- swap_horizReassignment — transfer an order to a different driver if schedules change
