Products & Variants
Every product has rich fields: name, description, images, categories, barcodes, weight, tax class, and availability. Variants (size, color, packaging) share the same base product but have their own SKU, price, and stock level.
Products sync automatically to Supply Now — your customers always see what you currently offer with the pricing that applies to them.
Categories
Organize products into a hierarchical category tree. Categories drive filtering in both BackOffice and Supply Now, and can be used to apply pricing rules or discount campaigns to entire product groups at once.
Pricing & Discounts
BackOffice supports four levels of pricing, evaluated in priority order:
- personIndividual client price — custom pricing negotiated with a specific customer
- groupClient-group price — pricing for a customer segment (e.g., Premium, Standard)
- categoryCategory price — pricing applied to all products in a category
- storefrontBase price — default pricing when no other rule applies
On top of these tiers, you can create promo codes for seasonal campaigns, volume discounts that kick in above a threshold, and quantity breaks per product.
Units of Measure
Each product can be offered in multiple units — primary (e.g., 1 kg or 1 piece), secondary (e.g., 1 box of 12), and tertiary (e.g., 1 pallet of 48 boxes). Each unit has its own minimum order quantity and quantity step.
Bulk Import / Export
Import thousands of products and clients from CSV in one operation. Map columns, validate data, and preview changes before committing. Export orders, invoices, and reports to Excel or PDF for accounting or analysis.
