BackOffice is a modern web application optimized for current browsers. It works on desktop, laptop, and tablet devices without any plugins or installations. The interface is fully responsive, adapting from wide desktop monitors down to tablet-sized screens.

Device recommendations
- computerDesktop/Laptop: — Best experience on screens 1280px and wider. Recommended for daily operations and data-heavy tasks.
- tabletTablet: — Fully functional on iPad (10"+) and Android tablets. Ideal for warehouse staff and on-the-floor use. Landscape orientation recommended.
- phone_iphoneMobile phone: — Basic read-only access is possible. For full mobile functionality, use the dedicated Supply Now or Driver Pro apps instead.
Performance: BackOffice is optimized for speed. Pages load in under 2 seconds on a standard broadband connection. A minimum bandwidth of 5 Mbps is recommended for the best experience, especially when working with large catalogs or maps.
Hosting & SaaS
BackOffice is available as a fully managed SaaS service or as a self-hosted deployment for organizations that require complete control over their infrastructure. Both options receive the same features and updates.
Infomaniak (Swiss Cloud)
Default SaaS hosting on Infomaniak's Swiss data centers in Geneva and Zurich. Data never leaves Switzerland. Fully managed with automatic updates and backups.
AWS (Global Cloud)
Available in AWS regions worldwide — EU (Frankfurt), US East, Asia Pacific. Multi-region deployment for international distributors with global operations.
On-Premise
Deploy on your own servers or private cloud. Full control over infrastructure, networking, and data storage. Requires Docker and PostgreSQL.
Hybrid
Run the application in the cloud while keeping sensitive data on-premise. Connected via secure VPN tunnel.

RTL support: Arabic is fully supported with a mirrored right-to-left interface. All layouts, navigation, tables, and forms adapt automatically when Arabic is selected. Mixed content (e.g., Arabic text with Latin product names) renders correctly with proper bidirectional text handling.
