Send text messages and photos to dispatch without leaving the app. Chat history is linked to the active route, so dispatch always has context. Messages are delivered even on slow connections and queued when offline.

Push notifications alert drivers about new route assignments, schedule changes, urgent re-routing, and messages from dispatch. Notifications are categorized by type (route, message, alert, urgent) and show unread count. Preferences are configurable per driver.
