What is Screen Flow?
Screen Flow is the digital signage platform inside the 8Move product family. It replaces the manual process of loading content via USB sticks, emailing files, and hoping the right content appears on the right screen at the right time. Operations managers, marketing teams, and IT departments get a single web admin to control every screen remotely — with auditable evidence of what played, when, and where.
The content pipeline follows five stages: upload media to the library → design pages on the visual canvas → assemble pages into playlists → schedule broadcasts to devices or groups → monitor every screen in real time via the Live Monitor.

How it works
The five-stage pipeline takes a minute to grasp and a day to master. Every stage is composable — the same page can appear in multiple playlists, the same playlist can serve multiple device groups, and broadcasts layer with priority rules.
Step 1: Design pages
Upload media to the library, then use the visual canvas to place images, videos, text, QR codes, clocks, and web embeds. Pages are saved and reused across playlists.
Step 2: Schedule broadcasts
Assign playlists to device groups with date ranges, time windows, and priority rules. The Broadcast Scheduler resolves what plays on each screen at each moment.
Step 3: Monitor & prove
Live Monitor shows real-time status of every screen. Analytics and Proof of Play provide auditable evidence — downloadable per screen, per day, per playlist.
Dashboard
The redesigned admin dashboard is the operational cockpit. Sections are ordered from most to least frequent: Summary → Quick Actions → Reports → Expiring Soon.
