Case Studies
Real-world results from organizations using 8Move.
The businesses that sell to other businesses and move something physical: ice, auto parts, hand tools, clothing, and more. Different goods, the same shape of work — a catalogue somebody has to search through, prices that change per customer, and a vehicle at the end of it.
None of them runs on a template. A dealer ordering for four branches needs a different shop than someone buying a single item, and in each project both were served from one catalogue. Where an accounting or ERP system already held the stock and the money, it stayed the source and the platform stayed a front end rather than becoming a second ledger.
Where we have numbers, they are on the page. Where a project is too young to have them, the case says what was built and leaves the results out rather than filling the gap with something impressive.

VBavto: a parts catalogue that starts from the car, not the article number
VBavto
An online auto parts store serving individual drivers and trade buyers across Ukraine, where a shopper finds the right part by VIN or by vehicle make, model, year and engine, compares brands like Bosch, Febi and SKF side by side, and gets delivery to one of several cities within days.

Partner Commerce Hub: selling partner-owned stock as your own catalogue
An automotive-parts distributor
A pattern for B2B sellers who want to list products they do not stock, from outside suppliers, without the buyer noticing any difference — same storefront, same checkout, same account manager, no supplier named. Illustrated here with a representative automotive-parts scenario rather than one named client.

Tires Online Shop: a tire catalogue organised around the vehicle, not the tire
A tire and rim retailer
An ecommerce platform for selling tires and rims across Canada, where the entry point is the vehicle rather than the product: a shopper searches or filters by make, model and specification, and the catalogue narrows to what actually fits, with checkout and delivery built into the same flow.

FlashHub: one catalogue for trade accounts and retail shoppers of luxury watches
A luxury watch and jewellery retailer
A pattern for luxury retailers who sell the same watches, jewellery and gift pieces to trade accounts and to individual shoppers, built around one catalogue instead of two stores kept in sync by hand. FlashHub runs this pattern for a Swiss luxury goods retailer, with a storefront built to make someone comfortable buying a high-value item online.

Samange: one fashion catalogue selling to four countries, wholesale and retail
Samange
A boutique apparel and accessories store running B2B and B2C from the same catalogue, in six language versions across four markets, with around 6,000 product cards where every model carries its own colours and sizes.

Zenit Auto: a wholesale parts platform built around finding the right part
Zenit Auto
A B2B auto parts platform where a dealer finds a part by article, by cross reference or by the car it fits, sees which day each item can actually arrive, and gets their own negotiated discount applied before checkout.

Le Glaçon Suisse: an ice plant that opened with its software already running
Le Glaçon Suisse
A new Valais ice plant went live with ordering, pricing, dispatch, delivery tracking and invoicing on day one. Traditional development quoted around 100,000 CHF and 8 to 12 months. It cost 12,000 and took weeks.

Mastertool: one tool catalogue serving dealers and walk-in buyers
Mastertool
A family tool manufacturer with 25 years behind it and around 5,000 products needed a shop where a wholesale dealer ordering for four branches and a private customer buying one screwdriver both feel at home, with the accounting system kept in step.
