What transport segments does Transfer Booking support?
Transfer Booking supports 17 industry segments including airport transfers, hotel shuttles, school transport, NEMT, corporate shuttles, VIP/limousine, tourism, events, paratransit, crew transport, municipal on-demand, and more. Each segment has pre-configured booking flows, vehicle classes, and pricing rules.
How long does it take to set up?
Most operators go live within 48 hours. Configure your branding, routes, pricing, and vehicle fleet, then publish your booking portal. No coding required. A dedicated onboarding specialist guides you through the process.
Can I customise the booking portal?
Yes. Upload your logo, set your brand colours, customise the domain, and configure the booking wizard steps for your segment. The booking flow is modular — enable or disable steps like extras selection, return trips, or special requirements.
What vehicle types are supported?
Any vehicle type: sedans, SUVs, minivans, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, minibuses, full-size coaches up to 50 seats, and custom vehicle categories you define. Each class has configurable capacity, luggage limits, and pricing.
Which pricing models are available?
Three models: fixed route pricing, zone-based pricing, and distance-calculated pricing. Mix and match within the same platform. Layer multipliers for time-of-day, season, vehicle type, and passenger count. Promo codes and corporate tariffs are also supported.
