Booking Wizard
The booking portal guides passengers through a streamlined 6-step process, ensuring all required information is captured before confirmation. Each step validates input in real time and adapts to the selected transport segment.
6-step booking flow

Route Selection
Passengers can enter any pickup and drop-off address using the integrated map autocomplete, or choose from a list of predefined routes. Predefined routes display fixed prices upfront, while custom addresses calculate the fare dynamically based on distance or zone rules.

Vehicle Selection
After entering route and passenger details, the system displays available vehicle classes sorted by capacity and price. Each class shows a photo, passenger capacity, luggage allowance, and per-trip price.

Extras & Options
Passengers can add optional services and equipment to their booking. Each extra has a configurable price (fixed or per-unit) and is shown only when relevant to the selected vehicle class and segment.

Booking Confirmation
The final step shows a complete summary: route, date and time, vehicle class, extras, total price, and cancellation policy. After submission, the passenger receives a confirmation via email, SMS, or push notification.

Guest & Organizational Booking
Not every passenger books for themselves. Transfer Booking supports multiple booking modes to cover real-world scenarios across all 17 segments.
