Repository centralizzato per ogni immagine, video e risorsa web. Basato su S3, verificato SHA-256, elaborato con ffmpeg per la riproduzione istantanea.
Upload & validation
Accepted formats are strictly validated at upload: JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG for images and MP4, WebM for video. Files are rejected before they reach storage if the format, MIME type, or file signature does not match.
Video files are processed by ffmpeg after upload — thumbnails are generated automatically and duration is extracted for the playlist builder.
Folders, trash & recovery
Unlimited nested folders organize media by campaign, location, or date. Deleted files move to Trash and are recoverable for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Files in use by active pages and playlists cannot be permanently deleted — the system warns you and lists all dependent content before allowing removal.
Storage quota
Usage is visible in the library header — operators see consumption in real time, and partners can view per-client usage from the partner dashboard. Quota limits are configurable per client subscription tier.
