| Pending | Booking received, awaiting confirmation |
| Confirmed | Booking accepted, driver to be assigned |
| En route to pickup | Driver is heading to pickup location |
| Arrived at pickup | Driver is at the pickup point waiting |
| In progress | Passenger on board, trip underway |
| Completed | Passenger delivered, trip closed |
| Cancelled | Booking cancelled by passenger or operator |
| No-show | Passenger did not appear at pickup |
