Transfer Dispatch Software
How We Help
The Dispatcher Dashboard puts bookings, driver locations, availability, and overdue jobs on one screen that updates itself. Assignment runs in two modes: manual, where the system ranks available drivers by proximity, rating, and schedule fit and the dispatcher confirms one; or automatic, where the job goes straight out with an accept-or-decline window and escalates to the next driver when it is declined. Driver status is colour-coded from available through en route to on trip, conflicts are flagged before they reach a passenger, and every assignment is logged for audit. Passengers hear about a change through five notification channels rather than a callback from the office.
Overview
Dispatch is where a transfer operation either holds together or comes apart. Ten jobs a day fit in a notebook. Forty, arriving by phone, email, WhatsApp, and a booking form, split across three dispatchers and two spreadsheets, do not.
The work itself is not complicated: know every job, know every driver, put the right one on the right job, tell the passenger. What breaks is visibility. A dispatcher who has to open three tabs and make a phone call to answer "who is free at four?" will eventually put the same car on two jobs, and the first person to notice will be a passenger standing outside an airport.
