Review incoming return requests from customers, approve or reject, schedule pickup stops for drivers, and track the full lifecycle from request to credit note.
Returns Queue
All return requests from Supply Now customers appear in a centralized queue. Filter by status (Pending, Approved, Picked Up, Credit Issued), sort by priority, and see key metrics at a glance: pending count, total credit exposure, and processing time.
Return Review
Review each return request in detail: see the items, customer reason, photo evidence, and notes. Approve the return and schedule a pickup date, assign a driver, and auto-add the stop to an existing route. Or reject with a reason, or request more information from the customer.
Route with Return Pickup
When a return pickup is approved, it appears as a distinct orange stop on the route map and stop list. Drivers can see mixed routes with both deliveries and return pickups. The capacity indicator shows both outbound delivery weight and inbound return weight.
