Proof of Delivery
Capture digital proof for every delivery: signatures, photos, barcode scans, email confirmations, OTP codes, and QR code verification. All evidence is timestamped, geotagged, and synced to the back office instantly.
Signature
Customers sign directly on the driver's phone screen. The signature is captured with timestamp, GPS coordinates, and the signer's name. Signatures are stored as high-resolution images and attached to the delivery record.
Photos
Take photos of the delivered goods, the drop-off location, or any damage. Photos are automatically geotagged and timestamped. Multiple photos can be attached to a single delivery.
Barcode
Scan package barcodes to confirm the correct items were delivered. The app validates scanned codes against the order manifest and highlights any discrepancies before the driver leaves the stop.
Email Link
When the driver taps "Mark Arrived", the customer receives an email with the delivery document (PDF) and a confirmation link. The customer reviews the document and clicks the link to confirm receipt — no app installation required. The driver sees real-time status updates and can resend the email if needed. The link expires after 24 hours.
OTP Code
A one-time verification code is sent to the customer via SMS or email. The customer tells the code to the driver, who enters it in the app to confirm delivery. This method provides strong proof of delivery without requiring physical contact or app installation. Codes expire after 10 minutes and can be resent via a different channel.
QR Scan
For customers who use the Supply Now app, the driver asks them to open the delivery confirmation screen, which displays a dynamic QR code. The driver scans the QR code with the Driver Pro camera — delivery is confirmed instantly. The QR code refreshes every 60 seconds for security and is tied to the specific order, preventing reuse.
