Failure Reasons
When a delivery cannot be completed, drivers select from a configurable list of failure reasons: "Customer not available", "Wrong address", "Refused delivery", "Access blocked", and more. Each reason can require a photo or note for documentation.

Return Pickup
For stops that include return pickups, drivers handle both delivery and collection in a single visit. The app separates delivery items from return items with clear visual distinction.
