Personalized Pricing
Each customer sees prices tailored specifically to them. Supply Now supports a three-tier pricing model:
Pricing tiers (in priority order)
- personIndividual client prices — custom pricing negotiated with a specific customer
- groupCategory prices — pricing for a group (e.g., "Premium", "Standard", "New Customer")
- storefrontBase prices — default pricing when no individual or category price exists
Dynamic pricing rules
- shopping_cartVolume discounts (order total) — automatic discount when the order exceeds a threshold (e.g., 4% off for orders above CHF 1,000)
- layersQuantity breaks (per product) — tiered pricing based on quantity: e.g., CHF 4.00 per unit, CHF 3.20 from 10 units, CHF 3.00 from 100 units
- inventory_2Bundle pricing — discounted price when buying products together: e.g., buy Product A + Product B and get 15% off the bundle
All pricing rules are managed by the supplier in BackOffice. Customers only see their applicable price — never the pricing structure. Discounts are calculated and displayed automatically at checkout.
Units of Measure
Products can be offered in multiple packaging levels:
- Primary unit: e.g., 1 kg, 1 piece
- Secondary unit: e.g., 1 box of 12 pieces
- Tertiary unit: e.g., 1 pallet of 48 boxes
Each unit can have its own minimum order quantity and quantity step (e.g., "order in multiples of 6"). Customers select their preferred unit when adding to cart.
QR Code and NFC Scanning
For fast reordering in warehouse or kitchen environments, customers can scan product QR codes or NFC tags directly from the app to instantly find and add products to their cart.
Ideal for busy kitchens and warehouses where speed matters. Scan a label, confirm the quantity, done.
